This patch deals with the current problems concerning the overseas port and the
storage tool tip (which could cause the program to crash). It also improves
CD drive compatibility (copy protection!), deals with several minor problems and
includes a new enginetest.exe as well. We would recommend all add-on owners to
implement this patch. This patch includes no new additional features!
